This New Year's Eve I was dressed by a 26 year old...
My lovely girlfriend Danielle decided I needed an "update". Well I must say, I had a hard time turning over my established image (being a self professed style guru - whatever!!!) to a gal who shops at a store called "Jeans Warehouse" (which is my new fave) BUT I thought what the heck - no one here (in Kauai) knows me, so if I am going to make a fashion feux pas I am relatively safe.
Well look at me?! I must say, as she put me in an ivory colored "baby-doll" dress (that I had decided was only designed for this generation because they don't know what a SIT-UP is) that was only 6 inches below my waterline (I am sure that term is dating me too!) but to my surprise, I felt really CUTE! Not cheap and tarty - like imagined. Look at me... Open to someone else's vision of me... Here's to a Happy Hip & Sexy New Year!
